These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Savanoo website and the photography services provided by Savanoo. By booking a session or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Bookings & Payments
- All photography sessions must be booked in advance.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid on or before the day of the session.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice but confirmed bookings will retain the agreed price.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will result in loss of the deposit.
- Rescheduling is permitted once, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given.
- Savanoo reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, equipment failure, force majeure). In such cases, the deposit will be transferred or refunded.
4. Late Arrival
- Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their session shortened.
- Arrivals over 30 minutes late may be considered a no-show, with no refund provided.
5. Image Delivery & Editing
- Final edited images will be delivered via an online gallery within 7–14 business days, unless otherwise agreed.
- Only edited images selected by Savanoo or the client (depending on the package) will be delivered.
- Raw (unedited) images are not provided.
6. Copyright & Usage Rights
- All images remain the intellectual property of Savanoo.
- Clients receive a personal or commercial usage license depending on the service booked.
- Images may not be altered, sold, or used for third-party advertising without written permission.
- Savanoo may use images for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes unless the client opts out in writing prior to the session.
7. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for their own appearance, punctuality, and preparation.
- Any specific requests (style, theme, references) must be communicated before the session.
- Savanoo is not responsible for dissatisfaction due to undisclosed expectations.
8. Studio Rules & Damage
- Clients must treat studio equipment and property with care.
- Any damage caused by the client or their guests may result in additional charges.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
9. Liability
- Savanoo is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the session, except where required by law.
- In the unlikely event of total photographic failure, Savanoo’s liability is limited to a full refund of payments received.
10. Privacy
- Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined therein.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
12. Amendments
Savanoo reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
